When she isn’t at work, you can find her attending one of her four kids’ athletic events, serving in her church, camping, riding horses, playing board games, or just spending time with family and friends. Shannon’s family are blessed with many pets including: horses, dogs, cats, chickens, goats, and turtles. She looks forward to serving you and your beloved furry friends!

Carol Reidel

Customer Service Representative

Carol’s career here started in 1994. Her duties frequently change as she is always willing to do whatever we ask, but her primary objective is customer service related.

She is our “crazy cat lady” here and has become our geriatric cat expert. This is because she has many cats of her own, 6 happy rescues to be exact. All of her cats and dogs keep her plenty busy at home. She enjoys jogging with 1 of her dogs and dining out with her husband, Steve.

Her daughter is involved with band and sports and will graduate in 2026. When she’s not at work, you can find her cuddled up on the couch with her two blue heelers, Scout and Peppa.

Cori Spry
Cori Spry

Kennel Attendant

Cori joined us in August 2020. She moved to the area from Colorado in 2019. After working here for a year, we finally convinced her to adopt a cat, Moe. She now has three cats; she has added Stitch and Crowley since realizing her love for felines. She also has a German Shepherd mix named Shadow and a snake named Maui.

When she’s not at the Animal Hospital or her second job, she’s walking Shadow or spending time with friends. As of October 2021, she is an ABC-certified dog trainer and is excited about the opportunity to implement this new knowledge.
